When will my order ship?

Orders are prepared within 2 business days. Preorder items ship according to the date shown on the product page. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items ship together once everything is available.

Can I edit my order?

Because we prepare orders quickly, we may not be able to change items or the delivery address after an order is placed. Contact us at info@wearaleona.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer complimentary tracked shipping to selected European destinations. Orders are prepared within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after dispatch. Available delivery countries are confirmed at checkout.

What is your return policy?

To request a return, email info@wearaleona.com with your order number within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, send the item back within the following 14 days. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary for inspection may reduce the refund. Please include the original tags, dust bag and supplied accessories, and the original packaging whenever reasonably possible. Returns are currently sent to Slovakia. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the exact authorised return address. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping costs. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Return the original item in accordance with the return policy and place a new order for the item you prefer.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary by model and are listed on each product page. Our current collection includes genuine leather and genuine suede designs. Each bag includes a protective dust bag.

Care instructions

• Store the bag in its dust bag when not in use.
• Lightly fill it with tissue paper to help maintain its shape.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight and abrasive surfaces.
• Do not overfill.

ALEONA is curated from Switzerland and inspired by travel and Italian design. Our bags are produced by a manufacturing partner in Shanghai. Product details and materials are listed transparently on each product page.

Is your checkout secure?

Yes. Shopify checkout is encrypted and PCI compliant. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.

Which countries do you ship to?

Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will confirm whether delivery can be arranged.
