We do our best to ship all orders within two business days. Preorder items ship according to the date shown on the product page — if you've joined a private preorder list, we'll email you before the public release. Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship together once everything is available.

Because we ship orders quickly, we're not able to make changes to items or the shipping address once an order is placed. If you need something different, we suggest cancelling your order (see below) and placing a new one.

We offer free worldwide shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within Europe, 4–8 business days to the UK, and 5–10 business days to the US. We always do our best to get your bag to you faster.

Items are eligible for a refund when shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery, and for store credit within 28 days of delivery. Sample sale items are final sale. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, with the dust bag included and the original tag still attached. Prior authorization is required for all returns — please contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

We don't offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different bag, simply return your item and place a new order for the one you want.

Every Aleona bag is crafted from genuine leather, chosen for its softness, durability, and the way it ages beautifully over time. Hardware is finished in gold-tone, and each bag comes with our signature 100% cotton drawstring dust bag for storage.

Every Aleona bag is covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If your item has a genuine defect, we'll replace it or refund you at no cost, subject to review.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear — such as scratches, chips, pilling, stains, or changes in the appearance of the material that do not affect the function of the bag. It also does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care.

To make a claim, contact us at info@wearaleona.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Prior authorization is required before any item is returned.

Aleona is designed and curated in Switzerland, where I'm based, with design inspiration drawn from my travels and my love of Italy. Our bags are made by a small manufacturing partner in Shanghai — a maker I searched months to find, who welcomed my brand while it's still growing and takes real care with every piece.

I met them in person to oversee this first collection, and we stay in close contact throughout — before any batch ships, I review photos and videos of the bags myself to make sure each one is right. A Swiss-inspired quiet-luxury collection is in the works.

Yes. Our checkout is fully encrypted and PCI-compliant, so your payment details are always protected. We accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery. Just click the link in that email to see where your bag is. If you can't find the email, check your spam folder or contact us with your order number and we'll send it to you.
